Returns and Refund Policy

At Arelisa Daniels we strive to provide you with high quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return the product:

Return Period:  Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Policy:  Products must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and in the original packaging.

Return Process:  Contact us at help@arelisadaniels.com  to initiate the return. We will provide you with the return address. 

Return costs:  The customer is responsible for return costs.

Swap

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:  After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 10 business days.
